Cancellation Policy for Consumers

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating a reason, in text form (e.g., by email, letter, or fax). The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice
in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Sending the withdrawal notice or the goods in due time is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the received benefits, and any derived benefits (e.g., interest) must be refunded. If you are unable to return the received goods or benefits (e.g., advantages of use) in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation for lost value. Compensation for deterioration of the goods or for derived benefits is only required if the deterioration is due to handling that exceeds the examination of properties and functionality. "Examination of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the goods, as would be possible and customary in a retail store.

Goods that can be shipped as parcels must be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. Any refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal notice or the goods, for us upon receipt.

Special Notes:
For services, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, or that are not suitable for return due to their nature, may spoil quickly, or have exceeded their expiration date.
The right of withdrawal is also excluded for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, and illustrated periodicals.
